Registration Procedures

The applicant who wants to take apart on a course

The applicant who wants to take apart on a course/workshop may do the registration in 2 ways:

Class booked, and Public.

Class booked is a way to register for a course/workshop for participants collectively coordinated by a person

Public is a way to register for a course/workshop that is available for participants periodically

Registration conditions for Class booked:

o      The class booked coordinator is an applicant that coordinates other applicants. The class booked coordinator has a responsibility against other applicants registration procedures.

o      The class book coordinator must hand in a list of names and NPMs of the applicants to the registration counter officer.

o      When the coordinator gets a fix agreed schedule of the course/workshop, the officer will give a registration forms and receipts for the applicants.

o      A deadline for collecting registration forms and receipts will be noticed to the coordinator.

o      The coordinator must report each and every alteration/change of the applicants to the registration counter officer.

o      The coordinator has got to return the red and white receipt to the registration counter officer after it is paid to get the registration forms

o      The coordinator must fill out all the registration form for all applicants and itís also got to be return to the registration counter officer on the same day, Than the officer will give some ID for all the participants that must be taken and showed in the course.

o      The coordinator has got to be responsible for all the ID distribution for all the participants.

Registration conditions for public:

o       The applicant could only register for a course/workshop if it is available on that time through an announcement in the registration counter.

o       If an applicant intends to follow one of the course/workshop, than the applicant should hand a Student ID Card over to the registration counter officer and the officer will give a course/workshop receipt to be paid for. The payment receipt is issued only for 2 days.

o       The applicant must return the white and red receipt to the registration counter after the receipt is paid, than the officer will hand over the registration forms to be filled and returned on the same day of issued. Finally the officer will give a Participant ID to be taken along and showed to the course/workshop.
